Tasting Notes

Youthfully expressed and inviting, the bouquet shows green pear, crunchy apple, oatmeal and
subtle spice aromas, followed by a juicy palate displaying fine flow and refreshing acidity.
Gorgeously rounded with a delicate dry finish.

Winemaking

Winemaker: Dean Shaw
Fermentation: Fruit was gently pressed to stainless steel tanks and older French oak barrels. Indigenous yeast fermentation occurred over 3 months. Wine remained on yeast lees for 4 months for texture and complexity.
