If you're smart enough to buy our wine, then you qualify to join our wine club as well. Great discounts and the fact that you've always got the good stuff on hand will mean the quality of your friends will increase dramatically!

We're not pretentious, we love a good story (or a bad joke), as long as it's accompanied by a drop of Mt Rosa wine...

We have a few options for you to choose from. We like to keep it easy and if there's something you'd like to try, just give us a call or drop us a line.

We like get-togethers with our wine family every now and then - we'll be having a few celebrations and you'll be invited!

Step 1: You will receive an email outlining your upcoming wine club shipment.

Our quarterly wine club shipment is dispatched in February, May, August and November. You will receive an email one-month prior detailing which wines have been selected for your wine club shipment. We will also send you a reminder two weeks and two days prior to your shipment date to your email address. Simply log in to your account to access this information.

Step 2: Confirm or customise your quarterly shipment. Once you have received the email, you can log in and can confirm if you would like to customise, create a standing order (the same varietals for each shipment) or go ahead with our Cellar Door selection. We will confirm by email the exact date the payment will be taken from your account. You will also see this on your shipment. You will also be sent a two week and two-day reminder for when your card is going to be processed. As a wine club member, once logged in, you can select the wines for shipment and ship straight away if you prefer. If you are away or you have a surplus of Mt Rosa wine at home, you are more than welcome to skip the shipment by selecting 'skip shipment'.

Step 3: Card is charged and your shipment is dispatched. You have the ability to customise and ship your wines straight away by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Otherwise we will ship your wines as follows: 12 bottle member cards will be charged and shipments dispatched on the first week of the shipment month. 6 bottle member cards will be charged and shipments dispatched on the second week of the shipment month. 3 bottle members cards will be charged and shipments dispatched on the third week of the shipment month. (Please note this is subject to change, especially around harvest time when we’re out in the vineyard picking the grapes for your juice! But we will let you know any changes, and if you have any questions or concerns, just drop us a line).

Step 4: Enjoy your wines at home! Your shipment of goodness will turn up at your door ready to drink!

For Australia we run pretty much the exact same drill for wine club. We have the ability to ship the majority of our wines from Australia which reduces the shipping cost to you big time! Not all varietals will be available in Australia at all times so we will keep you informed. Limited releases and library stock will only be in NZ so will be shipped from NZ at international shipping rates. For other international destinations, the above will apply but with freight costs and extended freight times.

FAQs

Receive four deliveries of Mt Rosa wines every three months, in February, May, August and November.

This is really up to you, we’ve indicated below what the minimum price per shipment will be, but because each shipment is customisable, each shipment may vary.

  • 3 Bottles per Quarter: from $90 per quarter
  • 6 Bottles per Quarter: from $180 per quarter
  • 12 Bottles per Quarter: from $360 per quarter

Prices are subject to change.

If you have signed up as a wine club member online, you will already have your online account created and ready to go. If you signed up at our Cellar Door, log in using the email address you used to fill our form out and hit ‘request password’. Make sure when you log in for the first time that you check all of your contact details including contact number, email and address as well as your credit card number. You can change all of this online yourself but if you need our help, just drop us a line or give us a call.

  • Log in to your account area on the wine club section of our Mt Rosa website.
  • Click on my account.
  • Click on Club memberships.

One month prior to your shipment, we will automatically add the Cellar Door selection to your package. The Cellar Door selection is added as a bundle option to your shipment automatically. If you wish to customise this instead, select the ‘adjust your shipment’ button. You can remove the Cellar Door selection and add the bottles you wish to include for your upcoming shipment.

Yes, of course! We also will send you updates on pre-release specials, limited releases and library releases. We will give an allocation of these wines to you based on your wine club level so that you are able to purchase them when you wish.

This is based on your membership level:

  • 3 bottles per quarter: 10% discount
  • 6 bottles per quarter: 15% discount
  • 12 bottles per quarter: 20% discount

¼ of your annual subscription of quarterly shipments will include at least one of our current release Pinot Noirs. The rest will be made up of current releases. You can choose to customise your shipment according to your preferences if you wish.

In the month prior to each shipment, you will be advised by email of the wines to be included in the upcoming shipment. Two weeks prior to shipment and payment date, you’ll be reminded of your shipment and you can log in and make any changes. The wines confirmed at two weeks prior to shipment will be what is shipped to you. We require at least 10 days to customise your order.

The cost of each shipment (including any freight costs if overseas), will be charged to the credit card submitted with your membership application. We will confirm the date your card will be charged by email one month, two weeks and two days prior to shipment. All credit cards are stored in our encrypted payment system and cannot be viewed by any staff member at any time.

You can change your quarterly wine club order up to 10 days prior to any shipping date. We will notify you of any resulting change to the amount to be charged to your credit card upon change and again two days prior to shipment.

You can upgrade your membership status or change to another membership option at any time up to 10 days prior to any shipping date.

We understand that sometimes you may want to skip a shipment as you’re away from home or have enough wine (we’re not sure we really understand that!) so you may skip a shipment by notifying us up to 2 weeks prior to shipment date without penalty. As long as you fulfil your 4 quarterly shipments, we don’t mind if you skip 1 or 2.

After one year, or 4 shipments, your membership can be cancelled by email at any time up to 2 weeks prior to any shipping date. You may also choose to place your membership on hold rather than cancelling. This would keep you on our mailing list so you can keep your discounts until you choose to recommence your quarterly shipments.

Of course! We’d love to see you so let us know 2 weeks prior to shipment by selecting pickup in your shipment information in your account. We hope you’ll stay a while too and enjoy our Cellar Door. Remember to book in if you would like to stay – you can do this in your account too! Or just drop us a line or give us a call.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing products via the Mt Rosa wine club system on the Mt Rosa website, you agree to and are bound by the Terms and Conditions listed on this webpage. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Mt Rosa Wines Limited.

Mt Rosa Wine Club membership is subject to a minimum of four purchases (or four shipments). By ticking the Terms and Conditions box at sign up confirmation (either online or the hard copy form filled in at our Cellar Door), you are agreeing to these terms. After four purchases (or four shipments), you are free to cancel at any time up to 2 weeks prior to any shipping date, without penalty. If you do cancel before your four purchases (or four quarterly shipments), we will charge your credit card with the discounts received in your fulfilled quarterly shipments.

We respect and honour the privacy of our customers. We will not at any stage sell, rent or share your personal information to any third party. If you agree to sign up to our wine club, your details will be added to our database to receive updated information from Mt Rosa. Any personal details collected by Mt Rosa Wines Limited are stored in a private database that will only be used to support your customer relationship with us.

Mt Rosa Wines Limited is a New Zealand owned off license as defined in the New Zealand Sale of Liquor Act and is legally authorised to promote, sell and deliver wine via online, mail or telephone order. It is illegal for Mt Rosa Wines Limited to sell liquor to any persons under the age of 18. It is also illegal for anyone to purchase alcohol who is under 18 and to make a false declaration of their age in order to purchase liquor. It is against the law to use this website to purchase liquor if you are under the age of 18.

Mt Rosa Wines Limited will make every effort to ensure that your purchases are not faulty or defective. Every now and then though we do have a breakage or a missing package. Under the Consumer Guarantee Act, we will replace goods that are not of merchantable quality. Mt Rosa Wines Limited accepts all payments via Visa and Mastercard. All payments are in NZD$, inclusive of GST. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Mt Rosa Wines Limited does not retain any credit card information provided by our customers. All payments are done securely through our bank and payment provider.

Mt Rosa Wines Limited will aim to deliver all purchases within 5-7 working days. We hope it’s less. If you haven’t received your shipment within 10 days of payment date, please do contact us so we can follow it up.
