Join us for a guided wine tasting of our single vineyard wines all grown onsite at our Gibbston vineyard. Let our team host you for a tasting where you'll be delightfully entertained. You'll leave with some great new jokes as well as a good understanding of what makes Mt Rosa wines unique.

Staying in Gibbston Valley for a few months afforded us to sample almost all wineries in the region and without a doubt, Mt Rosa is easily the best in town. Whilst we loved indulging in their wines, it was the fantastic staff and delicious food, coupled with an awesome position that makes it a must stop by for everyone. Guy and his team have made something special at Mt Rosa - and whilst pinots might be their backbone, a cheeky Blanc de Noir and a hearty platter will bring happiness to all. Thanks for some amazing memories, we joined the wine club so will continue to smile with each successive sip, and will see you all when next in NZ

Inspired by the wine we serve, grown on vines surrounding our Cellar Door, our food menu offers bar snacks, small plates and platters. We design our menu around sharing and enjoying our wines with.
Fancy a wine and cheese match? Add it to your tasting fee and we'll choose based on which wines you're tasting.
We keep it simple and tasty. We source as locally as possible to support our neighbours and ensure freshness and quality.
There's something for everyone including the kids. We will do our best to cater to your dietary requirements as well, just let us know when you arrive.

Our varietals
We planted our first grapes in 2000 which were established Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Felton Road. Shortly after came Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and for something different, Pinot Blanc and Gamay Noir. When you come in for a tasting, you'll have the opportunity to taste them all.

Stay a while
There's no rush out here. Taste another wine, grab a bottle, order a platter to share. We have indoor and outdoor covered seating, beanbags and a great little caravan to service our outside area. We've wine aplenty, great views and good chat!
