Winemaking 
Winemaker: Dean Shaw
Fermentation: Whole bunch pressed to stainless (85%) and barrel (15%)
Indigenous yeast, 6 weeks ferment, 4 months maturation in French barriques.

Viticulture
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Blanc
Vineyard: Mt Rosa Gibbston Back Road, Block 1
Harvested: 25th April 2025

Pairs well with
Good times, great friends, chicken dishes, fish dishes, oysters and other pleasures from the sea. Cream based risotto, a salmon pate and even macaroni cheese!!

Soft, creamy and oh so good cheeses – Swiss or gouda is a great choice!
