Hand harvested from our single estate vineyard and the Cromwell Basin on the 3rd May 2019 (80% Gibbston, 20% Cromwell) and whole bunch pressed to barrel (old) for fermentation. Rested on lees for four months, this is an elegant wine presenting great textural components.
Honeydew, orange blossom and citrus aromatics lead to a rich textured palate with a soft lingering finish.
