Wine Club FAQ's

Receive four deliveries of Mt Rosa wines every three months, in February, May, August and November.

This is really up to you, we’ve indicated below what the minimum price per shipment will be, but because each shipment is customisable, each shipment may vary.

  • 3 Bottles per Quarter: from $90 per quarter
  • 6 Bottles per Quarter: from $180 per quarter
  • 12 Bottles per Quarter: from $360 per quarter

If you have signed up as a wine club member online, you will already have your online account created and ready to go. If you signed up at our Cellar Door, log in using the email address you used to fill our form out and hit ‘request password’. Make sure when you log in for the first time that you check all of your contact details including contact number, email and address as well as your credit card number. You can change all of this online yourself but if you need our help, just drop us a line or give us a call.

  • Log in to your account area on the wine club section of our Mt Rosa website.
  • Click on my account.
  • Click on Club memberships.

One month prior to your shipment, we will automatically add the Cellar Door selection to your package. The Cellar Door selection is added as a bundle option to your shipment automatically. If you wish to customise this instead, select the ‘adjust your shipment’ button. You can remove the Cellar Door selection and add the bottles you wish to include for your upcoming shipment.

There may be a minimum quantity of some varietals selected. This is due to a commitment of the following number of bottles of Pinot Noir per 12 months.


  • 3 Bottles per quarter: 3 bottles of Pinot Noir is minimum commitment of Pinot Noir.
  • 6 Bottles per quarter: 6 bottles of Pinot Noir is minimum commitment of Pinot Noir.
  • 12 Bottles per quarter: 12 bottles of Pinot Noir is minimum commitment of Pinot Noir.

Yes, of course! We also will send you updates on pre-release specials, limited releases and library releases. We will give an allocation of these wines to you based on your wine club level so that you are able to purchase them when you wish.

This is based on your membership level:

  • 3 bottles per quarter: 10% discount
  • 6 bottles per quarter: 15% discount
  • 12 bottles per quarter: 20% discount

¼ of your annual subscription of quarterly shipments will include at least one of our current release Pinot Noirs. The rest will be made up of current releases. You can choose to customise your shipment according to your preferences if you wish.

In the month prior to each shipment, you will be advised by email of the wines to be included in the upcoming shipment. Two weeks prior to shipment and payment date, you’ll be reminded of your shipment and you can log in and make any changes. The wines confirmed at two weeks prior to shipment will be what is shipped to you. We require at least 10 days to customise your order.

The cost of each shipment (including any freight costs if overseas), will be charged to the credit card submitted with your membership application. We will confirm the date your card will be charged by email one month, two weeks and two days prior to shipment. All credit cards are stored in our encrypted payment system and cannot be viewed by any staff member at any time.

You can change your quarterly wine club order up to 10 days prior to any shipping date. We will notify you of any resulting change to the amount to be charged to your credit card upon change and again two days prior to shipment.

You can upgrade your membership status or change to another membership option at any time up to 10 days prior to any shipping date.

We understand that sometimes you may want to skip a shipment as you’re away from home or have enough wine (we’re not sure we really understand that!) so you may skip a shipment by notifying us up to 2 weeks prior to shipment date without penalty. As long as you fulfil your 4 quarterly shipments, we don’t mind if you skip 1 or 2.

After one year, or 4 shipments, your membership can be cancelled by email at any time up to 2 weeks prior to any shipping date. You may also choose to place your membership on hold for 3 months rather than cancelling. This would keep you on our mailing list so you can keep your discounts until you choose to recommence your quarterly shipments.

Of course! We’d love to see you so let us know 2 weeks prior to shipment by selecting pickup in your shipment information in your account. We hope you’ll stay a while too and enjoy our Cellar Door. Remember to book in if you would like to stay – you can do this in your account too!

When you make your reservation through your account online, we’ll get a notification. Just let us know you’ve arrived, and we’ll look after you with an account in our system.
