Winemaking

Hand harvested at our single estate vineyard in Gibbston on the 6th and 7th May 2019. Whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tanks with 15% to barrel. Rested on lees for six months giving it texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Lime, loquat and white peach aromatics give way to a mineral derived wet stone textured palate.
