Pink grapefruit, lime and green apple aromatics lead to a  mineral derived palate showing strong tropical fruit flavours and a steely, persistent finish.  

Hand harvested and hand picked from our single estate vineyard in Gibbston.  Fermented in stainless steel and old French oak barrels.  Rested on lees for four months.  

Enjoy with oysters, scallops, thai food, goat cheese salads, mint watermelon, asparagus, salmon with dill.
