Winemaking

Hand harvested at our single estate vineyard in Gibbston on the 6th and 8th May 2020. Whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tanks. Rested on lees for six months giving it texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Bright melon and guava aromatics lead to a richly textured mouthfeel showing great tropical fruit flavours. This wine shows a great mineral flow with a soft persistent finish.
