A beautiful deep pink colour with aromatics of Summer berries, passionfruit and guava and hints of rose petal and vanilla characters.  The bouquet gives way to a lithe, elegantly textured  mouthfeel showing brightness and freshness with a wonderful long, dry finish. 

Single vineyard derived rose made from a mix of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay Noir.  

Skin contact for 3 days to extract colour and aromatics.  Fermented and matured in stainless steel and old French Oak barrels.
